Lunzo takes all product safety reports or complaints extremely seriously as the safety and wellbeing of our customers is of utmost importance. Lunzo takes all steps to thoroughly investigate product safety reports relating to products sold by an independent third party retailer on the Lunzo platform.
What is a Product Recall?
A product recall is issued to withdraw products from the consumer market where a product is found to be defective, unsafe or because it poses a potential risk to consumers or the environment.
Product recalls are often issued by a manufacturer, brand or Government Regulatory Body and communicated via multiple channels including, but not limited to, direct notifications from Regulators, public alerts and databases, or notifications from our retailers. Lunzo aims to notify all consumers who have purchased a recalled product expeditiously as soon as the information is brought to our attention.

If you have purchased a recalled item on Lunzo, you should receive a product recall email from Lunzo notifying you of the recall, including information on your order, including the product title and your order number.
In the event that you have received a recalled product listed below, and you have not been contacted directly by Lunzo, we advise that you contact us directly via email at safety@lunzo.es.
