We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. In order to deliver an inclusive experience for all, we endeavour to design, maintain, and update digital content that conforms to applicable accessibility laws, regulations and the most current version of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 

We strive for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance on all Lunzo platform pages. The nature of our digital marketplace platform means that our content is constantly in development and therefore some areas may not consistently reflect adherence to this standard.
